Welcome to Family Safe ("Family Safe", "we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Family Safe mobile application, website, GPS devices, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

When you connect a Family Safe GPS device to your account, we may collect technical information including:

Location Information

Family Safe processes location information generated by connected GPS devices to provide core tracking functionality. Depending on your device configuration, location information may include:

  • Safe Zone events
  • SOS event location
  • Device movement information
Purpose limitation. Location information is processed solely for providing tracking, monitoring, and safety-related features — never for advertising or profiling.

Technical Information

We may automatically collect technical information including device type, operating system, application version, crash reports, diagnostic information, and log information.

Provide GPS tracking, display connected devices, and detect Safe Zone entry and exit events.
